Insight Sessions
Tailored workshops for women in, marrying into, or connected to rural families and businesses who are navigating conflict and change, or want to start off on the right foot. These sessions provide a practical and reflective space to explore relationships, leadership, communication, and personal and professional growth. They give a very real look at the rural family business landscape, with particular focus on the mother and daughter-in-law dynamic ,a key relationship for supporting both family harmony and long-term business sustainability. Ideal for community or industry groups, Insight Sessions strengthen business and family through insight and collective understanding.
